Black, White & Red Wedding

May 16, 2010

The color palette was primarily inspired by the snips from the House Industries catalog found on Nubby Twiglet’s blog. [credits.]

Don’t let the tough exterior fool you, this bride has a tender romantic side. Need proof? She’s wearing bangles of her and her beloved’s zodiac signs. [credits.]

Romantic doesn’t mean you can’t be eclectic or bold. Mix patterns. Mix textures. Just remember to have fun! [credits.]

I love both of these bridal looks so much. Maybe a fabulous lesbian couple will use these looks as inspiration for their black, white and red nuptials. A girl can dream, right?!

No wedding post is complete without a rocking bridesmaid ensemble. I’m particularly fond of each of the pieces in this look: the modcloth dress & shoes, gemma redux earrings and chariots on fire bracelet.

I love this post! What a wonderful take on the modern bride! Who designed the shoes in the “eclectic sophisticate bride”?

Thanks, Katherine! It’s my favorite wedding post thus far. Click on any of the images to go to the polyvore set for details and links. The red and white shoes are by Irregular Choice .
